The Forge Motorsport FMINDK61 Carbon Fibre Induction Kit is designed for the latest generation MINI F65/F66 Cooper S and JCW models from 2024 onwards.

The system retains the original lower airbox and factory cold-air feed while replacing the restrictive upper section with a larger carbon fibre airbox, high-flow cone filter and upgraded inlet pipework. This provides increased airflow while helping shield the filter from heat within the engine bay.

The quoted 11 BHP and 17 Nm results were recorded during testing with FMINDK61 used alongside the FMINLH27 high-flow inlet hose, so individual results will vary depending on vehicle specification and supporting modifications.

Forge states that power improvements begin from approximately 3,000 RPM and continue towards the red line.

Important: the supplied Forge information says these dyno results were achieved with the FMINDK61 induction kit combined with the FMINLH27 high-flow inlet hose. The figures therefore shouldn't be presented as gains from FMINDK61 alone.
Forge increased the intake pipe diameter from approximately 88mm on the original system to 100mm.

According to Forge, this provides an approximate 46.7% increase in volume through the connecting pipe between the airbox and turbo inlet adaptor.

The kit also replaces the original panel filter with a high-flow cone filter using synthetic nanofibre filtration media. The pleated construction increases filter surface area to support greater airflow.
Rather than replacing the complete factory airbox, Forge retains the original lower section and cold-air feed.

The upper airbox is replaced with a prepreg 2x2 twill carbon fibre enclosure, helping isolate the filter from hot engine-bay air while continuing to make use of the original cold-air supply.

The carbon fibre is autoclave formed and finished with an anti-UV gloss gel coat designed to resist yellowing through repeated heat cycles.
