The Forge Motorsport FMINT37 Performance Intercooler is designed for the latest generation MINI F65/F66 Cooper S and JCW models from 2024 onwards.

Developed as a direct replacement for the factory intercooler, it uses a larger stepped bar-and-plate core to provide significantly greater cooling capacity without requiring modifications to the vehicle. Forge testing recorded intake temperature reductions of up to 24°C compared with the original intercooler.

Suitable for both standard and tuned cars, including vehicles running performance software.

Forge's testing showed the largest temperature difference above approximately 4,500 RPM, where FMINT37 recorded intake temperatures up to 24°C lower than the factory intercooler.
The larger core can benefit a standard vehicle by helping maintain lower and more consistent intake temperatures.

For tuned cars, the additional cooling capacity becomes particularly useful as boost and engine load increase. Forge describes the intercooler as an important supporting upgrade when moving to Stage 2 software.
