Delivery

Please note that we only deliver to registered postcodes. 

We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.

All parcels are shipped from the UK. If you live overseas please check if any import/tax/duty charges need to be paid upon receiving your item. SMPS2012 is not accountable for this charge, please make your own inquiries into these charges if unsure.

  • As soon as we receive an order we work quickly to process and pack your items

  • All items are sent tracked and you will receive a notification upon dispatch. This will help keep you up to date with delivery progress

  • Delivery is Monday to Saturday

Note: Subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times. Daily cut off time is 1pm and 11am with DHL for same day dispatch.

Frequently Asked Questions.

We ship by Royal Mail and DHL worldwide. All shipments are well packaged in protective envelopes, plain boxes and sealed with SMPS2012 parcel tape. We are not able to ship to countries with trade sanctions or restrictions.
