The Milltek Sport Full Resonated Exhaust System for the Mini Cooper S R53 is a complete replacement for the OEM exhaust system, running from the engine block through to the polished tailpipe trims.
 
Designed for drivers who want improved performance with a refined, quieter exhaust tone, this fully resonated system delivers enhanced exhaust flow while maintaining excellent sound control for road use. The included Hi-Flow 200 CPSI Sports Catalyst is significantly freer-flowing than a standard catalytic converter, helping to reduce restriction, improve engine efficiency, and sharpen throttle response.
 
This system also includes a bracket locator for 2004 model year vehicles, ensuring correct alignment and fitment. Developed and manufactured in the UK, it reflects Milltek Sport’s commitment to quality, performance, and durability.
