The Milltek Sport Full Non-Resonated Exhaust System for the Mini Cooper S R53 is a complete performance upgrade, replacing the entire OEM exhaust system from the engine block through to the tailpipes.
 
Designed for enthusiasts seeking maximum sound and performance, this non-resonated system delivers a loud, aggressive exhaust note and improved throttle response. The included Hi-Flow 200 CPSI Sports Catalyst is significantly freer-flowing than a standard catalytic converter, reducing exhaust restriction and improving overall engine efficiency.
 
This system includes a bracket locator for 2004 model year vehicles and is intended for high-performance and track-focused applications. As with all Milltek products, it is designed, developed, and manufactured in the UK to the highest standards.
