Clean the original steering-wheel trim and let it dry completely. The surface must be free from dust, grease and polish.

With the 3M backing still in place, hold the cover against the trim to check its shape, position and any openings.

Peel away the 3M adhesive backing without touching the exposed adhesive.

Align the cover and press it evenly onto the original trim, working across the contact areas.

Check the cover is seated evenly and does not obstruct the airbag, switches, controls or any moving trim. Follow the supplied adhesive instructions for setting time.
